Duckfat in Portland, Maine calls itself a Fry and Sandwich Shop. We automatically give top marks to anywhere that gives chips top billing. Not only are the fries genuinely cooked in duck fat, the choice of dipping sauces includes Truffle Ketchup. If you think it has anything else in common with it's UK reverse namesake you're wrong: from the menu it looks like you'd be waddling out for less than twenty bucks.
